Eight pages of Volunteer enlistment and Company Muster Roll papers for Nathaniel J. Campbell. One 4" x 2 3/8" photo of Nathaniel Campbell taken by the B. F. Howland & Co. Photograph Gallery, New York. A framed hand written showing N. J. Campbell enlisted as a private, Dated Nov. 14, 1861. Belt with brass Federal Eagle buckle having nickel trim. Belt holds holster, cartridge box, cap box and shoulder strap. Red cloth sash with braided knots. Also includes a modern brass plague stating Sargeant Campbell was killed in action at Drurys Bluff Va. Plaque of unknown origin has a possible erroneous date of May, 13 1864? CONDITION: leather good show age related darkening & hardening. Photos and paper goods remain in very good condition. (02-27084/DS). NON-GUN. $1,500-2,500.
